The Flickinger Family has been devoted to agriculture and animal production going back generations. With a lifetime devoted to research, they are excited to share what they have found to be effective and preventative supplements for the Bovine community. They take pride in all-natural and sustainable ingredients, with a holistic approach in all their products.

ARU’s founder and Vice President, Glenn Flickinger believes in taking education, innovative practices, and consistent ingredients and combine them with the entire animal in mind. As an avid learner and believer in continued education, his desire to acquire the latest knowledge through scientific learning of agriculture and natural ingredients, guides the team throughout the product development process.

GLENN FLICKINGER

CEO

Born and raised in agriculture and farming, Glenn always knew his passion for animals and natural health would intersect. After earning his BS in Animal Science from Delaware Valley University, Glenn worked his way from the fields to the farms to the herdsman to management, and eventually owning and operating his consulting firm since 1992. 


The idea of ARU was born while driving through Minnesota on a beautiful fall day in September. Glenn had just finished visiting with a longtime client and stopped at a general store, The Harkin Store, that had caught his attention while passing by many times before. As his luck would have it, the curator was there and gave Glenn a personal tour of the store. The shelves were stocked with natural ingredient remedies passed down by our ancestors whose recipes would treat and heal our sick. It was at this moment Glenn knew there had to be other more natural options for our livestock and their health.
